| Howie gave a brief fire safety training. Part of the time was teaching what type of fire extinguisher to use, depending on the type of fire. He then demonstrated how to use the fire extinguishers. Each person was given an opportunity to use the fire extinguishers to see how it would work in the event they would need to use one. |

| Howie and I gave a Kitchen food Safety training to our cooks. Mainly, foodborne illness prevention was taught. |
